S&#8217;estima que prop del 50% de la producci\u00f3 aliment\u00e0ria mundial es desfeta. de l&#8217;ONU dedicat a l&#8217;agricultura i l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Ha de saber que hi ha una gran difer\u00e8ncia entre els bacteris que degraden els aliments i aquells que s\u00f3n pat\u00f2gens, \u00e9s a dir, que poden generar malalties.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Els bacteris que fan malb\u00e9 els aliments formen una pel\u00b7l\u00edcula enganxosa sobre la carn, estoven les verdures i fan una olor molt dolenta a la carn. Per\u00f2 els bacteris pat\u00f2gens s\u00f3n inodors, incolors i invisibles. En la mesura que no es pot refiar ni de la vista ni del seu olfacte, utilitzeu la &#8220;regla dels 4&#8221;: no m\u00e9s de quatre dies a quatre graus. A aquesta temperatura vost\u00e8 pot conservar durant tres dies sencers pollastre cru o carn picada.
