Aix\u00ed que va deixar de fer exercicis.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Ara, despr\u00e9s del segon embar\u00e0s, li ha quedat m\u00e9s panxa i <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">vol disminuir-la i refor\u00e7ar els abdominals sense que aix\u00f2 afecti negativament la musculatura del s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0 i aix\u00ed, a poc a poc, poder fer m\u00e9s activitat f\u00edsica.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Li vaig explicar en qu\u00e8 consistia la gimn\u00e0stica abdominohipopressiva i li vaig parlar dels beneficis que reporta. R\u00e0pidament comencem a treballar.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">A la primera sessi\u00f3<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> , mesurem la tensi\u00f3 abans de comen\u00e7ar perqu\u00e8, com ja havia informat la pacient, calia descartar que fos hipertensa, ja que en aquests casos no es poden fer <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">abdominals hipopressius<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> . Vam fer diferents tests per valorar els seus abdominals i la musculatura i vam comen\u00e7ar els exercicis. Un cop acabada la sessi\u00f3, vam tornar a mesurar la tensi\u00f3 per veure la variaci\u00f3: els resultats van ser correctes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">El primer dia, quan no s&#8217;han practicat mai abdominals hipopressius, costa una mica. Per\u00f2 gradualment se&#8217;n va aprenent. <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Vam fer 5 sessions individuals setmanals i, de manera progressiva, vaig anar introduint exercicis per fer a casa.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">La pacient estava molt contenta, ja que, despr\u00e9s de les cinc sessions, feia molt b\u00e9 els exercicis b\u00e0sics i va comen\u00e7ar a notar com treballava la musculatura abdominal del terra p\u00e8lvic. <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Posteriorment, vam fer 5 sessions m\u00e9s, cada 15 dies les 3 primeres i cada mes les seg\u00fcents, en qu\u00e8 vam anar augmentant la dificultat dels exercicis.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Al cap de sis mesos de practicar els exercicis a casa, la pacient va notar molt de canvi a la musculatura i ja <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">estava preparada per realitzar activitat f\u00edsica de manera progressiva i sense afectaci\u00f3 al s\u00f2l p\u00e8lvic<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> ni conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies negatives com la incontin\u00e8ncia urin\u00e0ria per esfor\u00e7.
