I segons un recent estudi hi ha m\u00e9s cingles de desenvolupar aquesta malaltia si esmorza poc o res.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Per dur a terme aquesta investigaci\u00f3 es van realitzar ecografias en 3D per mesurar l&#8217;acumulaci\u00f3 de greix a les art\u00e8ries de 4.000 persones entre 40 i 54 anys que en principi no tenien problemes cardiovasculars. Els voluntaris que van participar a l&#8217;experiment tamb\u00e9 van fer un q\u00fcestionari sobre la dieta que havien seguit les dues setmanes pr\u00e8vies a l&#8217;estudi.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">A partir dels resultats es va constatar que al grup de participants que prenia un esmorzar abundant que inclou m\u00e9s del 20% de les calories di\u00e0ries recomanades, el 57% presentava algun tipus d&#8217;arteriosclerosi subcl\u00ednica. Per\u00f2 aquest percentatge passava a ser del 75% entre les persones que no esmorzaven o ho feien mal, consumint menys del 5% de les calories di\u00e0ries.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Per\u00f2 si ens centrem en l&#8217;arteriosclerosi subcl\u00ednica generalitzada (\u00e9s a dir, que afecta al menys quatre de les seis art\u00e8ries principals del cos), la situaci\u00f3 \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s greu: tenen un 30% m\u00e9s de probabilitats de desenvolupar-la aquelles persones que no esmorzen o nom\u00e9s prenen un caf\u00e8, en comparaci\u00f3 amb els que s\u00ed que ho fan, el risc dels quals \u00e9s del 10%.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">A la vista d&#8217;aquests resultats, els investigadors assenyalen que no \u00e9s q\u00fcesti\u00f3 de posar-se a menjar com a bojos als matins, ja que a m\u00e9s de la quantitat tamb\u00e9 importa el que \u00e9s desdejuna i el temps que es fa servir a fer- ho.
