Els mitjans m\u00e9s senzills per ser disciplinat s\u00f3n:<\/span><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">fixar-se terminis<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">descobrir qu\u00e8 se&#8217;ns d\u00f3na b\u00e9, el m\u00e9s important per a nosaltres, i concentrar-s&#8217;hi<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">substituir els mals costums per bons costums, un per un, comen\u00e7ant per aquell que ens resulti m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil canviar.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Aprofitar el temps.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> El temps \u00e9s la riquesa m\u00e9s gran, i l&#8217;\u00fanic que ens pot impedir arribar a complir alguna cosa. Per aix\u00f2 m&#8217;esfor\u00e7o a no involucrar-me en activitats en qu\u00e8 l&#8217;\u00fanic objectiu sigui \u201cpassar el temps\u201d. L&#8217;elecci\u00f3 m\u00e9s important de la nostra vida \u00e9s triar qu\u00e8 volem invertir el nostre temps.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Pensar-ho dues vegades abans de prometre o comprometre&#8217;m amb alguna cosa,<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> sigui ho sigui. Les promeses s\u00f3n contractes que cal complir. La vida \u00e9s senzilla si ens fem front a les dificultats i es complica quan simplement busquem all\u00f2 f\u00e0cil.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Dormir prou.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> Sempre procuro ficar-me al llit i despertar-me a la mateixa hora, dormint sempre prou, una regla que no em salto excepte per algun motiu personal o professional important Nom\u00e9s prenc aliments naturals rics en nutrients, evito la cafe\u00efna despr\u00e9s de la una de la tarda i no bec alcohol almenys des de tres hores abans d&#8217;anar-me&#8217;n a dormir.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Cada <\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"line-height: inherit;\"><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u00a0mat\u00ed em dedico a escriure durant almenys hora<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> i mitja abans de posar-me a fer qualsevol altra cosa.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Cada dia, despr\u00e9s d&#8217;acabar la meva feina, <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">faig una llista de tasques per a l&#8217;endem\u00e0.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> Tamb\u00e9 escric un diari on anoto els objectius de la meva vida i els progressos que vaig fent.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Intento evitar qualsevol enfrontament o conflicte,<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> tant en persona com per Internet. S\u00f3n una p\u00e8rdua de temps i energia. Si no tinc ra\u00f3 o estic equivocat, em disculpo i soluciono el problema com m\u00e9s aviat millor. No obstant aix\u00f2, els altres estan en el seu dret de no aprovar el que faig o no estar d&#8217;acord amb mi encara que jo estigui conven\u00e7ut del seu fonament, per\u00f2 no em posar\u00e9 a discutir. Quan em trobo en una situaci\u00f3 potencialment conflictiva, respiro fondo, m&#8217;aturo, solto aire i torno a concentrar-me en la meva feina i en els meus objectius, sense deixar-me arrossegar cap a un altre terreny on tinc molt a perdre i res a guanyar.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Sempre intento tenir al cap les dues consignes seg\u00fcents:<\/span><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Relativitzar.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> I amb aix\u00f2 em refereixo al fet que la vida est\u00e0 plena de petites nimietats que ens poden bloquejar per complet si decidim donar-los import\u00e0ncia. complir amb ell mateix i amb els altres; no cal perdre el temps en problemes secundaris.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Res no \u00e9s per sempre.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> Aquesta f\u00f3rmula m&#8217;ajuda tant als bons moments com als dolents. En els dies dif\u00edcils de molta feina i preocupaci\u00f3, s\u00e9 que res \u00e9s per sempre. El petit patiment pel qual em toca passar ara aviat quedar\u00e0 oblidat, quan reculli els fruits de la meva feina o quan pensi en tot el que he aconseguit. I en els bons moments intento recordar que no he de deixar de banda els meus objectius encara que les coses vagin b\u00e9. Siguin quines siguin les alegries del moment, mai no he d&#8217;abandonar-me a la mandra, perqu\u00e8 encara queden moltes coses per fer i millorar al m\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Mai no ser\u00e9 qui no vulgui ser.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> No ser\u00e9 ruin, ni tindr\u00e9 gelosia, ni enveges, ni cedir\u00e9 davant de cap altre sentiment f\u00e0cil. No far\u00e9 cas a rumors ni criticar\u00e9 ning\u00fa, sigui amb qui sigui i sigui on sigui. No ser\u00e9 negatiu, perqu\u00e8 ser positiu \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s senzill. M&#8217;envoltar\u00e9 de persones que m&#8217;aportin experi\u00e8ncies, coneixements i valors i que enriqueixin la meva vida.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u00c9s <\/span><\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">cribr\u00e9 amb honestedat i sensibilitat.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> Fa molt de temps que em va deixar de preocupar el que els altres pensin de mi. La quantitat de persones a les quals puc ajudar compartint els resultats dels meus estudis, idees i consells als meus e-letters \u00e9s m\u00e9s important que l&#8217;opini\u00f3 aliena. Els poemes m\u00e9s bonics d&#8217;amor estan escrits pels poetes m\u00e9s apassionats. Mai aconseguiria ajudar totes les persones que volgu\u00e9s si em guard\u00e9s per a mi la informaci\u00f3 que de deb\u00f2 val. I no parar\u00e9 fins a ajudar un mili\u00f3 d&#8217;homes i dones a reprendre el control de la salut, el cos i l&#8217;esperit per transformar la vida, viure millor el present i preparar-se millor per al futur.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">I aix\u00f2 \u00e9s tot. Aquestes normes em permeten <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">viure amb menys complexos, m\u00e9s energia i m\u00e9s productivitat<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> i aix\u00f2 no ho hauria aconseguit sense haver tingut clara la meva filosofia de vida.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Evidentment no estic dient que sempre, cada dia, aconsegueixi complir-les totes, per\u00f2 s\u00ed que em marquen unes pautes d&#8217;actuaci\u00f3, i quan corro el risc de passar-me de la ratlla, em sona <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">una \u201calarma interior\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Propostes fetes per Juan-M.
