Intenta fer-ho sempre a trav\u00e9s de l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 per\u00f2 sempre ve b\u00e9 suplementar-ho amb un complement nutricional, sobretot en el cas de certes vitamines en qu\u00e8 sol presentar-se sistem\u00e0ticament d\u00e8ficit:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Vitamina C:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> s\u00f3n especialment rics els c\u00edtrics, els pebrots, els tom\u00e0quets, les baies, l&#8217;alvocat, el br\u00f2quil i el kiwi. Us recomano prendre 250 mg dues vegades al dia, que respon als estudis m\u00e9s rellevants que s&#8217;han fet sobre aquesta vitamina (encara que la dosi \u201coficial\u201d \u00e9s de nom\u00e9s 80 mg\/dia per adult, molt baixa).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Vitamina D:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> trobareu vitamina D aliment\u00e0ria als ous (encara que en poca quantitat), el fetge i el peix gras, com per exemple la tonyina o el salm\u00f3. No obstant aix\u00f2, aquesta vitamina nom\u00e9s s&#8217;obt\u00e9 en gran quantitat exposant la pell al sol (encara que les cremes de protecci\u00f3 n&#8217;impedeixen la s\u00edntesi correcta) oa trav\u00e9s d&#8217;un complement nutricional. Una bona dosi podria ser de 1500 UI al dia durant els mesos freds en qu\u00e8 no rebi exposici\u00f3 solar.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Vitamina E:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> les millors fonts s\u00f3n les nous, les llavors i els olis en cru, els espinacs i el rovell d&#8217;ou. Ha de consumir uns 50 mg al dia, donant prioritat al consum a trav\u00e9s dels aliments. Si per complementar la quantitat adequada recorre a complements nutricionals, opteu per aquells que utilitzen vitamina E d&#8217;origen natural en la forma d-alfa-tocoferol, ja que tenen millor activitat i biodisponibilitat.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Seleni:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> les millors fonts d&#8217;aquest mineral s\u00f3n les nous de Brasil, tonyina, au de corral, all, marisc, ous i br\u00f2quil. Prengui 55 mcg al dia.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Zinc:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> no \u00e9s casualitat que es mengin ostres per Nadal, ja que s\u00f3n molt riques en zinc, un oligoelement essencial per al sistema immunitari. Pel mateix motiu s&#8217;han de consumir dos cops a la setmana altres tipus de marisc i peix. El problema \u00e9s que la quantitat di\u00e0ria recomanada (CDR) de zinc actualment \u00e9s escandalosament baixa (10 mg). Jo considero que calen unes 5 vegades m\u00e9s per a una bona protecci\u00f3 contra la grip.
